The 9140 Series triple output multi-range DCpower supplies combine industry-leadingpower density and performance with an extensiveset of features in a compact 2U form factor.Three isolated output channels each produce100 W of clean power with low ripple and noisecharacteristics. Combining all three channelsincreases the maximum power output to 300 W.Multiple outputs paired with advanced list modeprogramming, data logging, and protectionfeatures make these power supplies suitable for awide range of benchtop or test systemapplications.Powerful list mode programming functionsenable users to set up and execute complex testsequences directly from the front panel. Individuallist programs can be assigned to one or multipleoutput channels and executed simultaneously orsequentially. Additional list mode features includetriggering capabilities for synchronizing outputsor external instruments, and the ability to save/recall list programs using an external flash driveconnected to the USB host port. The USB host port is also used for logging voltage and currentdata to a flash drive at adjustable samplingintervals. This series provides system integrators with a LXIcompliant LAN, USB (USBTMC-compliant), andoptional GPIB interface for remote control andprogramming. The provided LabVIEWTM, IVI-C,and IVI.NET drivers further simplify systemdevelopment and integration. In addition to OVP,OCP, and OTP protections, these power suppliessupport remote inhibit and voltage fault featuresto protect both the device under test (DUT) andthe power supply.

Applications: Benchtop or rackmount applications requiringmultiple outputs, precise test sequencegeneration, and other applications benefitingfrom a flexible power range delivered in alightweight, compact package.
