Cost and Delivery Time
Currently we are working with three expeditions namely JNE, POS Indonesia and Wahana. You can choose the best expedition to your liking. The delivery time also follows the schedules of each expedition. When your order has been completed, we will make sure your package is immediately on the expedition.

Indomultimeter.com sends orders to all addresses in Indonesia, but we also impose restrictions and can not deliver to the following address:

You can track the status of your order on the Account page using the tracking reference listed in the email.

Product availability
The "Available" status displayed on the product detail page tells you that we have sufficient stock in the warehouse to serve our online and offline outlets until it reaches the threshold amount and will be "Stock Out".

Placing items in your shopping cart does not mean holding this item for you until you click the "Checkout" button, completing the checkout process and you get a confirmation email that we've received your order.

The "Bestsellers" Item item can be sold quickly, and it is possible that the availability status in product details will change abruptly while placing your order or before completing the checkout process. If the availability of the item does not exist after you place the order, we will send you an email notification immediately.

Packaging
All items are carefully packed in our warehouse before shipment. We ensure the package is safe enough to avoid damage.

Delivery Service Delay
We always make sure that all your orders are shipped within the estimated delivery date. However, due to certain conditions such as bad weather, flight delays and other natural disasters, delivery of goods can sometimes be delayed. If this is the case, please provide a grace period of at least 2 to 3 business days from the estimated date of your order delivery to meet our delivery.

Unsent. Packages
Sometimes, the courier returns to us with the parcel sent and we always make sure we contact the owner and ask for new shipping instructions. If the item returns to us twice, we will not ship to the same address. You need to provide a different address.

If you feel that your order has not been sent to your address or you have not received a confirmation back a week after the estimated delivery date, please do not hesitate to contact us on the Contact page.

Ordered Goods Available
Goods ordered according to the provisions of the Pre Order (PO) time and have been available (ready to be sent to the customer, the customer is willing to pay the rest of the payment. We give 14 working days to immediately make the repayment process, if there is no progress in the time, we are entitled to transfer the sale to another customer who needs the item, we will refund the down payment we have received within 14 working days.
