A. General Conditions
1. By using, shopping and / or registering yourself on Indomultimeter.com, you agree to be bound by and comply with applicable terms and 
    conditions.
2. These terms and conditions may change from time to time, and we have no obligation to inform you.
3. These terms and conditions are in our sole discretion, to protect the rights and obligations of each party, and not to intended to harm
    either party.

B. Product Information
1. By making an order transaction online at Indomultimeter.com, we assume you understand the product information you will buy.
2. Products available at indomultimeter.com according to the online catalog and product details. We strive to present data as accurately as 
    possible maybe without engineering so that you as the buyer is not harmed.
3. We obtain official product information from product catalogs, official websites, brochures, and other supporting information from  the
    manufacturer.
4. The difference in color in the photos / images of products that we display on Indomultimeter.com can be caused by lighting factors
    and computer monitor settings / resolutions, and therefore cannot be used as a reference.
5. Product prices on this site are correct at the time of listing (subject to change without prior notice).
6. The prices listed are product prices only, not including postage. Shipping costs are calculated automatically (based on price   from
    shipping services) according to the shipping address you provided at the time of the order transaction.

C. Reservations and Cancellations

    canceling it.
5. We provide a payment deadline of 3x24 hours since you complete the purchase transaction. If you haven't already make a payment after
    the deadline, then we can cancel your order.
6. You can cancel your order before payment. If you have already made a payment, your order cannot be cancel; You are only allowed to 
    exchange orders with other products according to your payment amount  turn on.

D. Payment
1. The currency used for payment is Rupiah (IDR).
2. Payment can be through ATMs, internet banking, mobile banking, cash deposits, or interbank transfers to bank accounts that have been

5. The delay in the interbank transfer process is not our responsibility.
6. Failure to write accounts and other information or negligence of the bank when you make payments is not a responsibility we answer.

E. Shipping
1. Your order will be sent immediately after payment is paid. We will inform you of the delivery status / receipt number through the feature 
    "My Account" at Indomultimeter.com. If necessary, we can inform the shipping receipt number through your contact data (email / SMS).
2. We will send your order to the address you provided during the order transaction.
3. Your mistake in providing the delivery address causes the package not to arrive or you did not receive not our responsibility.
4. Delivery is carried out by the shipping service that we designate as we have shown when you make a transaction booking. Shipping costs 
    borne by the buyer.

    email) available at Indomultimeter.com. If you do not confirm receipt of goods after 7 (seven) days from the estimated deadline for the
    shipment to its destination, we assume that you have received the shipment.

F. Product Exchange
1. We make sure your order has been re-checked according to the order data and we pack it well before we send. When accept package   
    shipments, you must check the condition of the product.
2. If the product you received does not match the order data or there is a production defect, then the product can be exchanged for same
    product to us.
3. Shipping costs / product returns do not match the order or production defects to us borne by the buyer, meanwhile shipping costs for
    the replacement product to you are borne by us.
4. Notice of receipt of products not according to order or production defects we serve no later than 7 (seven) days from your product  
    accept. If within the time limit there is no notification, then the product we send is considered to be in accordance with the data  your
    order and not production defects.
5. We will send a replacement product as soon as we receive and verify the return of the product no according to your order or production
    defects. Include information about the product that you sent back to us  to facilitate us to verify.
6. If the replacement product stock is not available at the warehouse, we will send it after the product stock is available again. And if in
    stock  The replacement product has run out, you can exchange it for another product that has the same price (or equivalent) or you can

7. Products that you buy outside of Indomultimeter.com cannot be returned / exchanged with us.

G. Refunds.
1. Refunds are only valid for the product you exchanged and we cannot send the product back a replacement to you because the stock is
    out of stock.
2. Refunds are made within 10 working days, starting from the date of the refund agreement.
3. The amount of money returned is in accordance with the amount stated on the invoice for the product, plus shipping exchange / return
    from you to us; while the cost of shipping the product from us to you cannot be requested  back.
3. Refunds are made via a re-transfer to your account.
4. We will confirm to you in the form of an email / SMS that we have made a refund.
