Rigol’s MSO2202A-S is a 200MHz 2-channel Mixed-Signal Digital Oscilloscope that offers the valuable features of other high-end oscilloscope makes, but at a much better price. The MSO2202A-S includes 16 logic channel inputs for digital debug purposes which capture digital signals at  500Sa/s (or 8 digital channels at 1GSa/s).  It also includes a built-in 2 channel 25 MHz AWG signal generator, saving desk space.

The MSO2202A-S has a useful vertical range (500uV/div to 10V/div) and a very low noise input design to enable the capture of very small signals. The MSO2202A-S samples inputs at 2GSa/s (single channel) and it has a very large 14 Megapoint memory depth.   If you need more memory, an additional 14Mpts is also optionally available.  The user-friendly, intuitive HMI interface can be seen on the large 8” WVGA display with up to 256 levels of intensity grading - and this makes for a 200MHz scope that outperforms its competition in a wide range of bench-top and field applications, such as R&D, Test, QC, etc. All oscilloscopes in the MSO2000A series feature Rigol's UltraVision technology with a waveform update rate of 50,000 wfm/s. A variety of trigger and serial bus decoding functions (RS232, I2C, SPI, CAN) are also optionally available.
