The Greyline Instruments PZ32TE (PZ32TE-25XC) is a non-contacting, all-Teflon ultrasonic level sensor designed for continuous monitoring and, in this specific configuration, comes with a 25-foot coaxial cable. It is used with Greyline instruments such as the LIT25, OCF 6.1, and PSL 5.0 for applications involving tank level or flow monitoring. The Greyline Instruments PZ32TE is a non-contacting, 42 KHz ultrasonic level sensor designed for continuous, maintenance-free measurement of liquids up to 32 ft (10 m) in tanks or open channels. It features a PVC/Teflon construction with a 3/4" NPT mount, 8° beam angle, 12" deadband, and operates between -40° to 150°F (-40° to 65°C). Designed specifically for open channel flow applications, the Greyline PZ32TE level sensor can be installed 12" or more above the highest water level. It is rated for measurement ranges up to 32 feet. The Greyline PZ32TE sensor mounts above the flowing liquid so there is no fouling and no maintenance is required. It will not be damaged by accidental submersion.
