HT Instruments HT7051 [HV007051] 5KV DC Programmable Insulation Meter

The HT7051 model was designed to perform professional insulation resistance measurements with test voltages programmable up to 5kV DC and wide measurement range up to 10Tohm which gives a large range of applications for each industrial LV environment (tests on electrical machines, power transformers, electrical cables, switchboard panels, generic devices, etc.).

Polarization Index (P.I) and Dielectric Absorption Ratio (D.A.R) are available which indicate the condition of the insulation under test. The HT7051 meter is powered by a NiMH rechargeable battery with integrated adapter which provides long battery life, it has a internal memory for saving results and a RS-232 interface for connection to a PC. The instrument has a portable hard carrying case which is typical of an 'in-field' meter.
