iBorescope4 for IOS & Android, 9mm The General Tools DCiS4 iBorescope4 uses a wifi hotspot to connect to Android or Apple smartphones and tablets in order to perform video inspections. Using the free app, your smartphone or tablet becomes the viewing screen to the camera probe. Devices can be attached directly to the probe console with the built-in smartphone holder for convenient, one-handed use. Video clips and still images are captured using in-app buttons and stored on the phone through the app.
The DCiS4 generates an ad hoc wifi network (does not require internet access) to connect to smart devices, and video can be streamed live from up to 60 ft (18 m) away. The flexible obedient camera probe is 1 meter (39 in) in length and only 9 mm (0.35 in) in diameter. The far focus probe has a depth of field of 1.2 in to 10 ft (30 mm to 3 m) and the tip comes equipped with four LEDs which help complete inspections in particularly dark situations.
The DCiS4 iBorescope4 is an excellent option for those wanting quality inspection equipment without overspending. Ideal for making high-quality video inspections of hard-to-reach or hard-to-see areas or equipment. By running a free app from the iTunes® App Store or Google Play Store, any iOS (iPhone® or iPad®) or Android™ device can display, capture, store and view video clips and still images observed by the camera-tipped probe.
