Building Automation Systems

Building automation systems (BAS) provide automatic centralized control of the heating, ventilation, air conditioning, lighting, security, emergency and other systems of a building. Sensors, controllers, and a communications protocol monitor the building’s systems and make adjustments as necessary to keep those systems within preset limits. A properly implemented automation system offers increased comfort and regulatory compliance while saving money through lower manpower costs and higher energy efficiency.
