The BK Precision MPS1001 4-Slot Programmable Modular System DC Power Supply Mainframe provides up to four output channels and 1200W in a compact 1U form factor. The user can select from up to eight different modules with various voltage and current ratings to create a one to four channel DC power supply that is ideal for ATE system applications. The modules (not included) are capable of outputting either 100W (multi-range) or 300W (fixed range) in order to meet different power requirements. This mainframe can be populated with any combination of modules to deliver a total output power of 1200W. This unit includes the mainframe only in which modules must be purchased separately for full functionality. The MPS1001 supports synchronization between installed modules where multiple outputs can be enabled in a sequence as well as synchronization between mainframes. Similarly, advanced list mode programming makes it easy to output complex sequences from the front panel. Operating software and battery test software are provided for remote PC control and monitoring. The MPS1001 includes USB (USBTMC-compliant), LAN (LXI), and GPIB interfaces as standard for supporting SCPI commands. The low-profile, modular design of the MPS1001 offers increased throughput for repetitive testing and validation applications. This allows for the unit to be a comprehensive ATE system solution in research and development, production testing, and manufacturing operations requiring multiple outputs.
