Chauvin Arnoux MTX 202 [MTX202-Z] 10A AC/ 10 AC / 10 DC, 600V Metrix TRMS Handheld Digital Multimeter. The Metrix MTX202 multimeter offers high performance combined with simplicity in use. Its compact, ergonomic casing is designed for one-hand use and easy stowing for applications in the field. The magnetised sheath enables hands-free use, even in electrical cabinets. The two-position stand ensures easy reading, however the multimeter is positioned. Clarity of readings is enhanced by the blue backlighting of the display. A built-in torch means the multimeter can be used in the dark. The rotary switch offers one function per position. On the front panel, three keys are all that are needed to access the various functions. The 600 V CAT III, IP54 double-well input terminals are easily accessible. Electrical maintenance operations are optimised by the VLowZ low-impedance voltage measurement function. In addition to traditional measurements, the MTX202 can measure temperature via a K thermocouple contact sensor delivered as standard. MTX202 applications range from electrical maintenance to initial troubleshooting on PCBs (measuring resistance, capacitance, diode) and verification of radiator control.
