The OX 9104 is a portable, stand-alone, "tablet-icon generation" SCOPIX IV oscilloscope with 4 totally-isolated 600 V channels with a 100 MHz bandwidth. It also offers a memory depth of 100 kpoints per channel, considerably increasing the available duration for recording.
Ergonomics
With its backlit 7" WVGA TFT colour touch screen on a black background for easier reading, menus available in more than 13 languages and the design of the keyboard and casing, the SCOPIX IV is particularly comfortable to use.
Modes and functions
Equipped with unprecedented functions, like all the SCOPIX IV range, the 4-channel / 100 MHz OX 9104 digital oscilloscope is a compact "multi-instrument" offering genuine high performance thanks to its 12-bit converter with a vertical resolution of 0.025%.
In addition to its advanced trigger functions (pulse width, counting, delay), SCOPIX IV proposes 20 automatic measurements per channel linked to cursors for comprehensive analysis.
This oscilloscope benefits from standard and advanced "MATH" functions allowing users to define a mathematical function for each of the traces, along with vertical scaling and definition of the actual physical unit.
Thanks to the real-time FFT function provided simultaneously with the waveform plus qualitative analysis of the harmonics, the distortion of a signals, the pulse response, it ensures effective, accurate diagnostics when searching for a source of noise in the logic circuits.
The multi-channel, 8,000-count, 200 kHz TRMS digital multimeter measures the amplitudes, resistance, continuity, capacitance, frequency and temperatures, as well as performing component tests without changing the connections thanks to PROBIX. The multimeter mode is linked to the logger mode, allowing time/date-stamped recordings to be made automatically (N files of 100,000 measurements each with a 0.2 s interval between 2 acquisitions.).
Power measurements are possible in this mode: single and three-phase power; active reactive and apparent power plus the power factor.
The multi-channel harmonic analyser is capable of displaying the first 63 orders for signals whose fundamental frequency is between 40 and 450 Hz.
A .png screenshot is available in each of the modes, as is printing on a network printer, and the reminder of all your recordings provides an unprecedented level of comfort for your diagnostics.
All the means of communication are available to optimize your analyses: wired Ethernet and WIFI, USB and µSD.
