Small Compact Design
The PSA-2500C was designed for the Field Engineer to have a very useful, compact tool that eliminates the need for carrying around a big bulky bench-top unit. The PSA-2500C has the option to have dual switching inputs so that you can easily setup cross pole or monitor 2 different feeds simultaneously.

Improved Performance & Specifications
The new PSA-2500C was designed for excellent frequency and amplitude accuracy with a wide variety of resolution bandwidth selections ranging from 10 KHz to 1 MHz. This is required to allow for viewing and monitoring of small TT&C and data carriers found in many satellite communications markets today. The wideband input will also allow for monitoring of a 10MHz reference signal as well.

Versatile Graphical User Interface
The Avcom remote control and monitoring software (graphical user interface-GUI) is a free and powerful tool for the satellite operator and Field Engineer and is complementary with purchase of the analyzer. The GUI offers the ability to mask and alarm on a carrier. It can simultaneously monitor up to twelve carriers and sends an audio, visual, email, and/or SNMP alarms if any carrier is out of tolerance. The GUI can also record spectrum streams during an alarm state for playback at a later date.

The GUI also offers features such as waterfall display, peak persistence, peak ride, peak hold, delta markers, presets, S/N measurements and much more. The GUI will run in the WINDOWS (2000, XP, Vista, and 7), and Mac platforms. The GUI is preconfigured for actual remote analyzers we keep online so that you can try the software before purchasing.
