The Hardness Tester PCE-2600 for measuring surface hardness / OLED / Internal measured value memory for up to 1000 measuring groups / Battery-operated hand-held measuring device /
Different measuring directions selectable.
The hardness tester is used to quickly record the surface hardness. Hardness tester such as the PCE-2600 are typically used in production and quality assurance. The fact that the hardness tester is a non-stationary hand-held measuring device which allows one-handed operation makes it possible to carry out surface measurements on various materials. Due to the small size of the hardness tester, it is possible to perform measurements in locations that can not be achieved with a large device.
The internal memory on the hardness tester is sufficient to store up to 1000 measuring groups, whereby two to six measured values as well as the average value can be stored per measuring group. The durometer PCE-2600 also allows hardness testing to be performed within holes. The reason for this is the included extended impactor (type DL). The durometer offers the possibility to determine the surface hardness of various types of steel, iron and aluminum alloys, as well as brass. The software supplied with the hardness tester enables later measurement evaluation on the computer.
