PCE Instruments PT-AT-A Adhesion Tester

The PT-AT-A Adhesion Tester measures adhesion of coatings to metal, wood, concrete, and other solid substrates and features a new electronically controlled hydraulic pump. The first class hydraulic pump of the Adhesion Tester can be used in each position. The Adhesion Tester is certified and calibrated to have a ± 1 % freedom from defects. A self-aligning dolly head ensures an accurate measurement on both smooth and rough surfaces.

The rechargeable batteries of the Adhesion Tester last for approximately 200 measurements, and main operation of the instrument is still possible while charging the battery. The measured values of adhesion can be transmitted to a PC or Laptop via the optional software, and data is transmittable to programs such as MS Excel. Delivered with the Adhesion Tester are 20 mm / 0.8 in aluminium measuring probes, while other sizes are available seperately.
