OWON XDS Series [XDS3062A] 60 MHz, 2+1 Channel, 1 GS/s N-in-1 Digital Oscilloscope

The Owon XDS3062A N-in-1 Digital storage oscilloscope features an 12-bit high vertical resolution, restoring the waveform detail fully. The XDS3062A has a 60 MHz bandwidth, 1 GS/s sample rate and 40M record length. The XDS3102A can also function as data logger, multimeter, waveform generator, when options are selected (Options sold separately). The XDS3062A comes standard with a 8 inch 800 x 600 high resolution LCD display.
