AEMC OX 5042B [2150.23] 40MHz, 2-Channel, 50 MS/s Handscope Portable Oscilloscope w/MN379T AC Probe, 3000-24-1-1 MiniFlex, BNC Lead. The AEMC OX5042B Handscope Portable Oscilloscope Kit with AC Probe/MiniFlex Sensor features a compact, shock-proof, IP54 rated, 3-in-1 Handscope that can be comfortably held in one hand. The Handscope is an ergonomically designed instrument equipped with a 3.5 inch color screen with LED back-lighting for a precise and crisp data display. Integrated multilingual help screens are available at all times to make it simpler to use. The OX5042B's Handscope combines three measuring instruments in one-- an Oscilloscope, Multimeter, and Power and Harmonic Analyzer. The Oscilloscope features 2 fully isolated channels with a 40 megahertz bandwidth and vertical sensitivity of 5 millivolts to 200 volts/div. The Multimeter features two fully isolated channels with an 8000-count display and power measurement capabilities. The Power and Harmonic Analyzer features two fully isolated channels and performs up to the 31st harmonic with fundamental frequency from 40 hertz to 450 hertz. For recording data, 2 megabytes of storage is available. Within the multimeter mode, the user can store graphic recordings of 2700 measurements from 5 minutes to 1 month. Communication is conducted via isolated USB SCPI protocol which makes it simple to program the instrument remotely with the supplied SX-METRO software. This Handscope has been developed using an Eco-Design approach to reduce the environmental impact. The OX5042B [2150.23] includes the MN379T AC Current Probe along with the 3000-24-1-1 MiniFlex AC Flexible Current Sensor for additional applications. The MN379T features a small, compact size suited for True RMS measurements along with a 40 hertz to 10 kilohertz response. The large jaw opening accommodates conductor sizes up to 250 thousand circle mils and the 10 foot lead allows for measurements in hard-to-reach areas. The 3000-24-1-1 is suited for True RMS measurements and measures 24 inches in length with a 10 foot lead for conducting measurements in hard-to-reach areas. Featuring a low phase shift for power measurements, this sensor also protects the core from saturation or damage if the measured circuit is overloaded.
