The universal hardness tester ADL DU 110 is designed to check the hardness of metal products.
The ADL DU 110 hardness tester combines two hardness measurement methods: ultrasonic and dynamic. This makes the device a versatile and effective solution for every stage quality control of materials.
The universal hardness tester is used for a variety of tasks. It is suitable for measuring carbon and structural steels, superficially hardened iron products, heat resistant, corrosion resistant, stainless steels, galvanized coatings, hardfacing, products with complex configurations, fine structure and compact products.
The instrument is equipped with the Leib scale and standard calibrations for Rockwell, Vickers, Brinell and Shore, as well as the possibility to add additional scales for soft and hard materials. As an added feature, the user can create and then correct calibrations for various materials.
The built-in single-point calibration function allows you to create a custom scale for a particular material. If there is a known hardness measure, it is possible to independently calibrate the hardness tester and get results as close as possible to the values of a fixed hardness tester. After that, you can quickly and easily check a large batch of materials while maintaining high accuracy of results.
The ADL DU 110 allows you to store and enter more than 500 custom scales, as well as view a history of measurements made across your business over time.
