Chauvin Arnoux's CA1823 is a single input, simple-to-use, logging digital thermometer ideal for use in many different temperature applications.

Compatible with Pt100 and Pt1000 resistance probes, the uses for the CA1823 depend entirely on which probe is used; for example, you could use an air probe to measure air temperatures, or a surface probe to measure the temperature of a specific surface.

This is a datalogging digital thermometer - you can configure the sampling rate (the time at which the measurements are logged) as well as set start/end times for the logging session using Chauvin Arnoux's software. You can then simply mount the CA1823 in an area where you need to measure (it even includes a built-in magnet for hands-free mounting) and leave it to log over the time period. Once done, plug the thermometer into your PC by USB or over wireless using Bluetooth, download the results and analyse your findings using the software package.

Up to 1 million individual records can be stored in the CA1823's internal memory and thanks to exceptional long battery life of up to 3 years in recording mode, this thermometer is ideal for any lengthy logging session.

This digital thermometer also includes a backlit LCD display the ability to set alarm thresholds with visual alerts or triggered recording when the limits are exceeded.
