Mitutoyo 536 Series [536-151] Neck Flat Jaw Vernier Caliper 0-150mm

The Mitutoyo 536 series neck vernier caliper has neck type jaws for outer dimension (OD) measurements of recesses, for applications requiring high levels of accuracy, especially in scientific research and in industries where parts must fit exactly.

The caliper has a single set of neck style jaws and a dual vernier scale, with both the upper and lower scales measuring in metric units. The jaws are available with point faces for measuring the thickness of walls inside bores and recesses, or with flat faces for measuring grooves and recesses. The scales are raised to slide easily and protect the graduation markings. A thumbwheel permits fast and easy measuring. A clamping screw on the upper scale rotates to control scale movement and locks to hold the sliding jaw’s position. The caliper is made of hardened, corrosion-resistant stainless steel and has a satin chrome finish to reduce glare. The caliper meets Federal Accuracy Specifications GGG-C-111B.
