The Leica BLK360 Imaging Laser Scanner is the smallest and lightest imaging laser scanner that is affordable, easy to use, and provides exceptional data for 3D models. It features a single button to control its operation, which makes it is simple enough for anyone to measure a project like a pro without the need for a multitude of settings. Data collection is simplified with its two-in-one 360 degrees image documentation and laser scan data. It is also completely wireless with data being transferred via Bluetooth.

With a range of up to 197 feet, this Leica laser scanner uses integrated thermal camera technology with three HDR cameras capable of capturing data, thermal imaging, and visible light imaging. The BLK360 is accurate within 4mm at 10m or 7mm at 20m and features 360,000 laser scan points per second. The AutoDesk ReCap Pro app is utilized for processing the point cloud data, allowing scanning in under two minutes, instant data availability, and for a 3D modeler to be obtained in under 30 minutes. With this app installed on an iPad Pro, the BLK360’s three settings that dial in each scanning project can be controlled easily.

With a height of only 6.5 inches and a diameter of 4 inches, the BLK360 can easily fit in a messenger bag. Weighing in at a slender 2.2 pounds, traveling with it is much easier than other imaging laser scanners. The BLK360 has a shell made of anodized aluminum with a sleek, matte black finish and a minimalistic aesthetic. Its camera’s mirror is comprised of gold-coated polished titanium. This device is powered by a rechargeable lithium-ion battery.
