Pico Technology PicoScope 4000 Series 4424 [PP493] 20MHz, 4 Channel, 12-bit USB Powered

The PicoScope 4424 (PP493) is a 12-bit 4-channel 20MHz USB-connected oscilloscope that is accurate to 1%. The 12-bit A/D is 16 times more precise than the usual 8-bit A/Ds of normal PC-based scopes, which makes it an ideal choice for small or finely-varying signals such as noise measurements or vibration and mechanical analysis.  While 12-bit resolution (adjustable up to 16 bits in enhanced resolution mode) that means this high-resolution oscilloscope suits special signal needs, but it is also suitable for general purpose scientific and field use to allow measurements of small signals right up to large voltages.  The PicoScope 4000 Series scopes have input ranges from ±50 mV to ±100 V full-scale so you can measure tiny signals from sensors as well as higher voltages from power supply circuits and motor drives.

The PicoScope 4424 oscilloscope is powered from a USB 2.0 interface, so there's no need for a bulky external power supply. The USB port also delivers high-speed data to the attached laptop or desktop PC to give a responsive, high-resolution display. 80MSa/s real-time sampling makes the 4000 Series probably the fastest available USB-powered 12-bit scopes.
