HMT361 Intrinsically Safe (Ex ia) Humidity and Temperature Transmitter for Wall Mounting.
The HMT361 is the top-of-the-line wall-mounted intrinsically safe transmitter for hazardous areas. In addition to displaying humidity and temperature readings, the HMT361 calculates dew point, absolute humidity, wet bulb temperature, and mixing ratio. The Vaisala HUMICAP® Humidity and Temperature Transmitter HMT360 series incorporates Vaisala’s 30 years of experience in industrial humidity measurement.

The transmitter has a large display for convenient monitoring of the reading and transmitter setting changes. For example scaling can easily be changed by the user.

Analog outputs are preset at the factory to:

• Channel 1: 4…20 mA = -40...+60°C (-40...+140°F) Td
  
• Channel 2: 4...20 mA = -40...+60°C (-40...+140°F) T
  

Safe operation with the entire transmitter in hazardous areas: Div I and II (USA, Canada), Categories 1G/Zone 0 and 1D/Zone 20 with protection cover (EU).

In order to achieve a safe installation, each 4-20mA output requires an external intrinsically safe electrical surge barrier. Surge barriers should be located outside the hazardous area in a general purpose electronics enclosure. Each 4-20mA loop will require a separate barrier.
