HDE PRX4 [PRX-4] Proximity Voltage Detector, 50V to 4kV

The PRX-4 Proximity Voltage Detector provides utility professionals, arborists and first responders with a safety tool that will alert them to potentially dangerous high voltage in their work areas. The PRX-4 is a non contact detector with two voltage ranges:

• 50V – 4kV, 3"(8cm) detection range
• 4kV – UP, 10"(25cm) detection range

The PRX-4 utilizes a rugged, durable, water resistant housing with dual hotstick connections - universal spline and shotgun stick. All of this is achieved while weighing less than 1 pound (.45kg).

Essentially a HI/LO Proximity Voltage Detector, an ideal testing device for a wide range of applications such as storm assessment, meter reading or first response.
