Non-contact ultrasonic level sensor with no moving parts, built for challenging fluid measurement in small tank applications.
The The Gems UCL-510 Ultrasonic Level Sensor is built for general purpose, small tank applications 49.2" (1250 mm) or less and offers switch, controller and transmitter capabilities in one multi-function transmitter. The UCL-510 is suited for corrosive and dirty applications and is virtually maintenance free. The UCL-510 combines 4 relays, 4-20mA output and pump/valve control in one small sensor.

The configuration software, supplied with the sensor, provides flexible system integration or retrofit of existing level devices with configuration control. Integral level automation functions can further reduce system costs through the reduction of external control hardware. The analog output enables local tank level indication, remote PLC monitoring or automation fuctions. Gems UCL-510 is the non-contact solution for small tank level switch, control and measurement.
