The Druck DPI610E pressure calibrator has been engineered for instrument technicians with input from users working in the field. It provides a highly accurate, reliable, and stable pressure measurement with a total 1 year uncertainty down to 0.025% Full Scale (FS) over a temperature range of 14 to 122°F (-10 to 50°C) and gives the user complete confidence in the measurement accuracy between annual calibrations.
The DPI610E provides higher pressures and higher volume handling with pneumatic pressures from 95% vacuum to 500psi (35bar / 3.5MPa). A selector lets the user switch from vacuum to pressure and with a few stokes of the pump, can generate the required pressure. Fine adjustment can be made with the built-in volume adjuster while falling pressure calibration points are achieved with the precision-control vent valve. The integrated pressure pump along with internal and optional external pressure measurement sensors work together seamlessly with the electrical sourcing and measurement functions to provide an accurate and reliable calibration instrument.
The DPI610E provides a quick-fit connection that allows pressure-tight connections of up to 15,000psi (1,000bar) without the need for tools. The DPI610E comes with a 3.28ft (1m) quick-fit hose and G1/8 female and 1/8 NPT female adapters (other adapters are available for different connection needs).
The DPI610E comes in 2 models:
Pneumatic Version: Comes supplied dirt trap to prevent contamination of both the instrument itself and the system under test from dirt and debris as well as moisture. it also includes an internal barometer which allows both gauge and absolute pressure sensors to be used in pseudo-ranges.
Hydraulic Version: Includes an external 100cc reservoir for easy visibility of hydraulic oil or water, a priming pump to expel air from the connected system and an intensifier to quickly and easily generate pressure up to 15,000psi (1000 bar / 100 MPa).
