The Chauvin Arnoux C160 Clamp AC 0130/300/12000A (3/2V Pk) 10 - 100kHz [B] is a transformer clamp with a smooth and ergonomic design that is ideal for measuring levels of AC current.
The maximum level that it can work to is 2000A of current. The output type that this instrument emits is voltage, and gives off a level of AC voltage of 3V, with a range between 0.1 to 30A and 0.1 to 300A. It also has a 2V peak with a range of 1 to 2000A. Each of the current probes of this Chauvin Arnoux instrument has a bandwidth of 100kHz.
This AC current clamp has three different ratios that apply to the different ranges of output voltage mentioned above. The first ratio is 10A/1V (which has an accuracy of 1%), and the second is 100A/1V and 1000A/1V, which has an accuracy of 3%.
This current clamp also comes with safety protection against over voltage of 600V CAT III and 300V CAT IV, four safety levels: CAT I, CAT II, CAT III and CAT IV, and CEM safety ratings of EN 50081-1: Class B and EN 50082-2.
The Chauvin Arnoux C160 Clamp AC 0130/300/12000A (3/2V Pk) 10 - 100kHz [B] is extremely lightweight with dimensions of 216 x 111 x 45 millimetres and a weight of 550g. It also comes with a standard manufacturer’s warranty that last for three years.
