Description

The GF Signet 3-3719-12 (159 000 806) is a pH/ORP Wet-Tap Assembly designed for safe, in-line electrode maintenance without process shutdown. This model features a 1.5-inch ISO 7/1-R thread connection and is designed for pipe sizes from 2½ to 4 inches (DN65–DN100). The GF Signet 3-3719-12 (159000806) is a pH/ORP Wet-Tap Assembly designed for safe, hot-tap installation and removal of pH or ORP electrodes without requiring a system shutdown. It is primarily used in industrial process applications where continuous monitoring is required and service shutdowns are undesirable. The GF Signet 3-3719-12 (159000806) is a Wet-Tap pH/ORP electrode assembly designed for hot-tapping (installation/removal under pressure) without process shutdown. This specific model is designed for 2.5 to 4-inch pipes and features an ISO 7/1-R 1.5 process connection.

The Signet 3719 pH/ORP Wet-Tap allows installation and removal of pH or ORP electrodes, even under process pressure, without the need for process shutdown during routine electrode maintenance and calibration. Process isolation is achieved during electrode retraction with two sets of double O-ring seals on a unique and compact retraction assembly; no separate valve is required. The Wet -Tap body design allows full access to the plunger and internal O-rings, to easily perform maintenance such as lubrication/replacement of O-rings and the cleaning of the internal plunger/housing to remove material build up in diffi cult applications. A patented cam-activated automatic locking mechanism, SafeLoc™, and the short stroke design help to assure operator safety. The wet-tap unit can be mounted at any angle and can be used with the Signet DryLoc® Wet-Tap electrodes.
