Delivering a dedicated measurement span from 0 to 2psi with a reference-grade accuracy of 0.02% of full scale (FS), this module provides primary-standard metrological performance across critical vacuum instruments. At its core, the unit incorporates an advanced piezoresistive silicon sensing diaphragm that undergoes rigorous thermal cycling, aging, and multi-point screening protocols to ensure exceptional measurement repeatability, ultra-low hysteresis, and long-term zero baseline stability. Engineered to operate reliably across both controlled metrology workbenches and harsh industrial environments, the module features active microprocessor-driven temperature compensation spanning -10°C to 50°C (14°F to 122°F). This integrated thermal mapping continuously cancels out ambient temperature shifts, maintaining its strict 0.02% FS accuracy class without requiring auxiliary climatic chambers or extended warm-up intervals. Encased in a rugged 316L stainless steel body with an industry-standard 1/2" NPT Male fitting, the internal sensor is protected against severe plant conditions and positive overpressure surges up to 3× full scale. Every module is factory verified and delivered standard with a traceable ISO/IEC 17025 accredited calibration certificate containing full empirical data and uncertainty reports. Designed for seamless system integration, the ADT16102GP2PSIN2 functions as a true plug-and-play external transducer across the Additel calibrator ecosystem, including the ADT226 and ADT227 multifunction process calibrators, as well as the ADT760, ADT761A, and ADT780 automated pressure calibrators and controllers. All factory calibration coefficients, negative pressure profiles, serial numbers, and device data reside in the module's onboard non-volatile EEPROM, enabling technicians to hot-swap pressure ranges instantaneously without manual programming or host-level recalibration. This makes it an ideal instrument for calibrating precision vacuum gauges, verifying suction switches, testing industrial vacuum transmitters, and certifying vacuum loops across process manufacturing and research operations.
