The Additel ADT161-02-CP Intelligent Digital Compound Pressure Module delivers laboratory-grade precision engineered specifically for demanding field and benchtop calibration workflows. Featuring an outstanding accuracy of 0.02% Full Scale, this intelligent pressure module is optimized to seamlessly measure bidirectional compound pressures across both vacuum and positive pressure regimes. By incorporating advanced microprocessor technology alongside precision silicon piezoresistive sensors, the ADT161-02-CP eliminates the need for two separate gauges, allowing calibration technicians to reliably verify low-to-medium pressure instrumentation, switches, and transmitters with uncompromised integrity. Built for seamless system integration, the module features smart onboard memory that stores its unique calibration coefficients, serial data, and full temperature compensation profiles directly within the unit. This plug-and-play architecture allows the ADT161-02-CP to interface instantly with compatible Additel host calibrators—such as the ADT226, ADT227, or ADT761 series—as well as external PC calibration software without manual reconfiguration or routine field recalibration. Advanced active temperature compensation spanning from -10°C to 50°C guarantees that the published 0.02% FS accuracy remains fully valid even across fluctuating ambient environments. Engineered with rugged industrial reliability in mind, the module is constructed with robust stainless-steel wetted parts compatible with a broad range of non-corrosive gases and liquids. Its compact, lightweight form factor facilitates rapid swaps and easy mounting, making it an indispensable asset for high-throughput metrology laboratories, pharmaceutical facilities, and industrial processing plants. Each ADT161-02-CP comes standard with an ISO 17025 accredited calibration certificate with data, delivering complete traceability and audit readiness straight out of the box.
