Testo 926 (0563 9262) 1-Channel Food Thermometer Set features a compact and reliable, easy-to-use digital temperature meter designed to help you check food in commercial kitchens, catering, and other food service environments. As the user, you can store limit values in the 926 Thermometer yourself; as soon as these upper and lower values are violated, an audible warning signal sounds. This alarm function and the automatic final value recognition simplify measurement, and support you in recognizing and interpreting the measurement values correctly. In addition to this, the 926 Thermometer reliably stores the minimum and maximum measurement values.

The Testo 926 conforms to HACCP as well as EN 13485. This makes it the ideal instrument for large kitchens, hotels, restaurants or other areas in the food industry.

The 926 (0563 9262) Starter Set includes a waterproof standard immersion/penetration probe. You can therefore get started with your measurements straight away. As another option, Testo offers additional probes that you can order separately depending on your individual practical requirements: e.g. frozen food probes, particularly discreet probes, which do not leave behind any puncture holes, heat-resistant probes for oven temperature checks or temperature probes, which transmit their measurement results wirelessly to the testo 926 temperature measuring instrument.

The 926 Starter Set also includes the TopSafe protective case. This case protects the temperature measuring instrument against dirt, water and impact and can, if required, be removed from the instrument and cleaned in the dishwasher.
