Rigol Technologies’ DS6104 4-channel 1GHz Digital Oscilloscope samples at 5GSa/s (single channel mode) and features an amazing 140 million data samples in its memory for drilling down into infrequent signals like glitches. Its waveform capture rate is a rapid 180,000 waveforms per second – much faster than many other scopes. Recommended probes (not supplied) include the RP7150 1.5GHz bandwidth differential and single-ended active probe.

The DS6104 has been designed by RIGOL utilizing many key technological breakthroughs from the highest-end scopes, and is purposed to make an engineers’ testing life easier.
