The Ralston QTCM-2MBA-20-2 QTCM Brass Calibration Manifold with 1/4" MNPT Reference Connection, 1/4" MNPT Process Connections, performs static pressure calibrations in the field. The manifold features a fine adjustment piston, which provides precise pressure control instead of trying to make adjustments with a pressure regulator and a needle valve. The soft-seated valves make filling and venting the system very precise. The compact design allows the manifold, gauge adapter and hoses to easily fit in the included nylon bag. Because pressure is controlled at the device under test, the nitrogen cylinder (not included) can be mounted on a truck. The low volume Quick-test hose, gauge adapter and process connection together reduce gas usage, helping to make nitrogen cylinders last longer.
