The material thickness gauge is used for quick and easy measurement of ink layer thicknesses on metallic surfaces. The measuring range of the material thickness gauge is between 0 ... 2.2 mm. Compared to other material thickness gauges, this material thickness gauge does not have to distinguish between ferrous and non-ferrous metals. The material thickness gauge automatically detects the substrate. Due to the measuring range and the possibility of measuring on ferrous and non-ferrous metals, the material thickness gauge covers a large part of measuring tasks.

To ensure that the material thickness gauge works, an adjustment kit is included in the delivery. As a result, an adjustment of the material thickness gauge can be performed at any time.
