The TG 268 is an extremely flexible gloss meter to measure medium gloss levels on coatings, plastics and related materials. It has been designed with ergonomic features making it easy to handle during prolonged use. Measurements are further facilitated with touch screen technology and the intuitive on-board icon-based software for data management; checking, editing and deleting records; and function settings.

The QC Software, OnGloss, is supplied as standard, extending the functionality to a PC (not supplied) via USB cable enabling QC report printing functions and further enhanced capabilities.

The ability to display 5 sets of measurements makes comparing data quick and easy with a data storage capacity of over 1000 data sets. Measurements display the record, date and time taken with a simple “pass” “fail” option against the sample.

An easy-to-use on-screen menu guides the user through the calibration procedure with the enclosed calibration plate making the procedure fast and simple.

The TG 60 supports the following Standard Gloss Levels: ASTM D523; ASTM C584; ASTM D2457; BS3900 D5; DIN 67530; DIN EN ISO 2813; EN ISO 7668 and JI Z 8741.

The white LED light sources provide an average lifetime of 5 years or more than 3 million measurements.
