The mid-range model in KIMO's LV110 series of thermo anemometers, the LV117 comes as standard with a 70mm diameter vane sensor attached to the meter via a flexible coiled cable (with maximum length of 2.4m).

As a thermo anemometer, the KIMO LV117 is suitable for measuring airflow, air velocity and temperature. Thanks to the flexible nature of the vane sensor, it's easy to hold the meter in one hand while holding the sensor in another, allowing you to view your measurements in real-time while the sensor is still inside where you're testing.

KIMO's LV117 is highly accurate and includes the ability to switch the measurement units for all three parameters. Air velocity can be measured in m/s, fpm and km/h across a range from 0.4 to 35m/s; airflow can be measured in m³/h, cfm, ls and m³/s across a range from 0 to 99,999m³/h and temperature can be measured in either Celsius or Fahrenheit from -20 to +80°C.

Additional features of this anemometer include a backlight for the LCD screen, data hold (freezes current value shown on screen) and a MIN/MAX measurement mode which calculates the minimum/maximum values taken over a period of time.
