HT Instruments HT401 Professional AC+DC TRMS Multimeter HT401 model is a TRMS professional multimeter designed to perform basically AC/DC voltage measurements up to 1000V, AC/DC current measurement up to 10A more than resistance, continuity test, diode test, frequency, capacitance, and temperature with type K probes as sub-features. Some relevant features are also the AC+DC mode which can be used to consider the DC components overlapped to a generic alternate signal and the AC/DC voltage measurement with low input impedance in way to reduce the capacitive influence of adjacent conductors during a voltage test. The meter is designed in compliance with IEC/EN 61010-1 safety standard with double insulation protection in CAT IV 600V and CAT III 1000V. HT401 have a LCD display with bargraph and each measurement function can be selected with a rotate selector which permits also to avoid wrong connections. Other features are HOLD function, MAX/MIN/PEAK functions and Auto Power OFF feature is integrated to preserve the internal battery after 20 minutes of idleness.
