Druck PV411A104HP116G Pneumatic and Hydraulic Test Kit consists of the PV411A Hand Pump, DPI 104 Gauge, hydraulic reservoir, BSP fittings, hose and case. The DPI 104 has a pressure range to 1000 psi gauge, while the PV411A generates pneumatic pressures to 600 psi, hydraulic pressures to 10,000 psi, and vacuum pressures to 28.5 inHg. DPI 104 Digital Pressure Gauge: The DPI 104 is a microprocessor-controlled digital pressure gauge that combines precision and functionality in a compact, robust and simple-to-use package. The DPI 104 matches advanced silicon sensor technology with several convenient design features, resulting in an accurate, versatile yet affordable digital test gauge. The DPI 104 provides a reliable and economic solution for a wide range of pressure sensing applications. PV411A Pressure and Vacuum Hand Pump: The GE Druck PV411A Multifunction Test Pump is the ideal tool for applying test and calibration pressures to sensors, gauges, switches, indicators and recorders. It is also a pressure source for workshops and laboratories. This wide capability removes the need to carry several hand pumps. With just a few strokes, the PV411A generates up to 95% vacuum (-950 mbar at 1000 mbar ambient). For sensitive low pressure applications, the PV411A volume adjuster alone generates 300 mbar within 0.1 mbar. The stroke restrictor varies the pressure generated and prevents accidental over pressure. The PV411A generates gas pressure up to 60 bar, exceeding conventional hand pumps by more than 30 bar. This combined with an improved P/V selector value provides a more controllable release of pneumatic pressure. The PV411A additionally solves the problems of priming hydraulic systems as well as eliminating airlocks and fluid leakage. This is achieved with a unique vacuum priming facility. The volume adjuster is used to quickly and accurately generate pressure up to 700 bar.
