Druck PV411A104SHP120SG Pneumatic and Hydraulic Test Kit consists of PV411A Hand Pump, DPI 104-IS Seal Gauge, hydraulic reservoir, BSP fittings, hose and casing. The DPI 104-IS has a pressure range up to 5000 psi (350 bar) gauge, while the PV411A delivers pneumatic pressure up to 600 psi, hydraulic pressure up to 10,000 psi, and vacuum pressure up to 28.5 inHg. DPI 104-IS Intrinsically Safe Digital Pressure Gauge: The DPI 104-IS is an intrinsically safe version of the microprocessor-controlled DPI 104-IS digital pressure gauge. The DPI 104-IS combines advanced silicon sensor technology with several practical design features, resulting in a digital test gauge that is accurate, versatile, yet affordable. Available as a stand-alone process indicator or in a kit with the widely proven Druck hand pump, the DPI 104-IS provides a reliable and economical solution for a wide range of pressure sensing applications. PV411A Pressure and Vacuum Hand Pump: The GE Druck PV411A Multifunction Test Pump is the ideal tool for applying test pressure and calibrating sensors, gauges, switches, indicators, and recorders. It also serves as a pressure source for workshops and laboratories. This extensive capability eliminates the need to carry multiple hand pumps. With just a few strokes, the PV411A produces up to 95% vacuum (-950 mbar at ambient temperature of 1000 mbar). For sensitive low pressure applications, the PV411A volume regulator alone delivers 300 mbar in 0.1 mbar increments. A travel limiter varies the pressure produced and prevents accidental overpressurization. The PV411A delivers gas pressures up to 60 bar, exceeding conventional hand pumps by over 30 bar. This combined with an increased P/V selector value provides more controlled pneumatic pressure release. The PV411A also solves the problem of priming hydraulic systems and eliminates airlocks and fluid leaks. This is achieved by a unique vacuum priming facility. The volume regulator is used to quickly and accurately deliver pressures up to 700 bar.
