Checkline ZTA-LM [ZTA-LM-2] Digital Compression Force Gauge with Button Sensor, 2.200 lbf / 1.000 kgf / 10.00 N Capacity. The ZTA-LM force gauge measures compression force with a remote button style sensor. It is ideal for use in limited access applications. The sensor is connected via an 8ft / 2.5m cable allowing the display to positioned in a safe, convenient location. An easy-to-use menu allows the user to select units, measuring mode, set high/low setpoints, language and adjust many other settings. Electroluminescent display (ELD) shows force value, unit, and peak, and can be configured with additional user-selectable data including memory data, +NG count, high/low setpoints, 1st and 2nd peaks, displacement value (using atest stand with FA option), etc. Color-coded LED indicators alert the user to Go/NoGo conditions. Orange lights for less than low setpoint, green lights between high and low, and red for over the high. Process and transmit 2,000 actual data per second, not just the peak from a high sampling rate. Optional Force Recorder data acquisition software is designed to process up to 2,000 data per second.
