The Honeywell BW Ultra multi-gas detector is designed to sample and monitor up to five gases before, during and after entry into confined spaces. Single button operation eliminates tampering with detector set-up and improves worker safety and Honeywell BW's large display (4.4 x 6.5cm) allows users to quickly determine if gas levels are approaching alarm set points. Three modes of operation for the Ultra include Hole Watch Mode (factory default), Inert Mode and Essential Mode.

Additional safety features of the Honeywell BW Ultra multi-gas detector include IntelliFlash, Reverse IntelliFlash and Bluetooth connectivity. IntelliFlash flashes a green light while the Ultra is in compliance, whereas Reverse IntelliFlash flashes an amber light when the detector is not in compliance. With built in Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) output, this Honeywell BW detector can communicate with a smart phone using the free Safety Communicator App. The Honeywell BW Ultra can be configured using the Intellidox and IR connectivity kit or via TouchConnect technology. TouchConnect allows users to easily enter bump or calibration mode or change set points.

The Honeywell BW Ultra multi-gas detector, featuring internal honeycomb construction, offers up to a three year warranty on the product and sensors with an expected life of up to five years or more (some exceptions apply). Available gas sensors include oxygen (O2), combustibles (LEL & IR), hydrogen sulfide (H2S), carbon monoxide (CO, low H2, CO-H), sulfur dioxide (SO2), carbon dioxide (CO2), chlorine (Cl2), nitrogen dioxide (NO2), hydrogen cyanide (HCN) and nitrogen monoxide (NO).
