The AW Gear Meters RT-30 flow transmitter is ideal for any industry or flow measurement application where a local rate and total display is required and in locations where equipment is exposed to the elements. The NEMA 4X enclosure provides environmental protection from moisture and debris. Flow rate or total can be easily programmed to display in a choice of engineering units. Simply use the magnet that is attached to change any key functions; opening the enclosure is not required.

The AW Gear Meters RT-30 flow transmitter features easy thread-in installation. A quick setup procedure allows you to have the flow monitor working with just a few simple programming steps. The RT-30 can be mounted remotely when used in conjunction with any AW frequency output sensor. Because of the integral swivel union, the RT-30 unit can be rotated 360° for optimal viewing from any angle. Options available to fit any AW Gear Meter or SABRE Turbine Meter.

  • 3/4 inch female NPT conduit connection
  • 1 opto-isolated input:
    • 9 to 24 VDC remote reset
  • 3 opto-isolated open-collector outputs:
    • Programmable for frequency or limit outputs
    • 5 to 30 VDC rating
    • 40 mA max (600 ohm at 30 VDC min load impedance)
  • 4-20mA analog output:
    • PWM converter
    • 3 or 2 wire plus separate supply
    • 500 ohm max load impedance
  • Power requirement:
    • 9 to 24 VDC / 200mA, Class 2 (customer supplied)
