Amprobe 5XP-A [2727851] Compact Digital Multimeter, 10 Functions/27 Ranges with Voltect NCV Detector. The Amprobe 5XP-A compact digital multimeter provides superior features and accuracy in a smaller form factor. The 5XPA has unique features such as VolTect™ non-contact voltage detection and our exclusive Magne-Grip™ holster that frees both hands for work. The 5XP-A is the perfect choice for residential, commercial and general troubleshooting applications. The Amprobe 5XP-A compact digital multimeter includes all the features and functions needed for a wide range of applications. The meter measures AC voltage to 750 V, DC voltage to 1000 V, AC and DC current to 200 mA, and resistance to 10 M?. Measurements are displayed on the 3-1/2 digit LCD. The 5XPA also features VolTect non-contact voltage detection and a battery load test with 1.5 V and 9 V capabilities. The 5XP-A includes a continuity beeper, diode test, overload protection, low battery and overrange indication on the display; automatic polarity determination with indication of negative polarity; and a Min/Max function which records minimum and maximum values. The meter has Cat II 600 V and Cat III 300 V safety ratings.
