The Aaronia UBBV1060 External Bypass Pre-amp 100 MHz - 6 GHz features internal batteries (with typical run-time of 3-4 hours) and excels at "digging out" weak signals to improve signal analysis even with outdated spectrum analyzers. The UBBV1060 BPA offers a frequency range of 100 MHz - 6 GHz with a 23 dB sensitivity increase. With internal switching to allow the pre-amp to handle both high and low signals, users can easily change the operation mode from the "Standard" pre-amp function to "Bypass" mode, bypassing low noise amplification functions when large signals are present. This pre-amp is compatible with any brand of spectrum analyzer, but is capable of mounting directly onto Aaronia RF and EMC Spectrum Analyzers for easy equipment integration. The UBBV 1060 achieves excellent noise figure performance, enabling the combination of very wide band performance and flat gain. Changing the operation mode from standard to bypass-mode and off is done by a simple press of a button.
