The Aaronia HyperLOG4025XBPA Active Directional Antenna, 400MHz to 2.5GHz, with UBBV 1060 Bypass Pre-Amplifier is an ultra high gain active directional antenna. Every HyperLOG antenna goes through rigorous testing in our laboratories before dispatch and is equipped with a high quality gold coating, a high-tech antenna-case (radome) which offers protection against mechanical damage and environmental influence, a top-quality integrated tripod connection and an SMA connector (18GHz version) with twist protection. This model includes the UBBV 1060 External Bypass Pre-amp 100 MHz - 6 GHz, which features internal batteries (with typical run-time of 3-4 hours) and excels at "digging out" weak signals to improve signal analysis even with outdated spectrum analyzers. With internal switching to allow the pre-amp to handle both high and low signals, users can easily change the operation mode from the "Standard" pre-amp function to "Bypass" mode, bypassing low noise amplification functions when large signals are present.
