Garmin InReach SE+ [010-01735-00] Satellite Communicator

The Garmin InReach SE+ Satellite Communicator is a compact and functional device for navigating the outdoors while staying connected. It features an iridium satellite network for global coverage allowing two-way text messaging with any cell phone number or email address. It offers interactive SOS functions for emergency situations triggering SOS to rescue monitoring center (GEOS) that will track the device, notify emergency responders within the area, and provide updates.   

This Garmin satellite communicator uses GPS for basic grid navigation and enables dropping waypoints, marking key locations, tracking progress, and following breadcrumb trail back to base. It can be wirelessly connected to compatible devices (Apple and Android) with its Bluetooth technology providing access to more maps, imagery, and charts. It also comes with unlimited cloud storage for storing important data or planning the next trip.

The Garmin InReach SE+ Satellite Communicator is durable, impact-resistant, and water-rated to IPX7 to withstand the harsh outdoor conditions. It includes a 1.4"W x 1.9"H color display and an internal, rechargeable lithium battery that can be charged with the supplied microUSB power cable or through an in-vehicle 12-volt charger (not included). It has long battery life of up to 100 hours.
