The Crowcon Sprint Pro5 Multifunction Flue Gas Analyser is specifically designed for commercial applications as it has a wide range of different measurement parameters including O2, temperature, pressure, CO and most notably NO. Additionally, it can calculate values such as CO2 level, CO/CO2 ratio, and combustion efficiency whilst also performing tightness and let by tests and gas leak detection.

The Crowcon Sprint Pro5 is operated via simple, large push buttons and an intuitive menu system that is clearly displayed on the digital colour screen. In addition to a physical USB port used for connecting to a PC, the analyser also has wireless connectivity that allows it to communicate with the user’s iOS or Android smartphone over the Anton Sprint Pro app.

Robust construction makes the Crowcon Sprint Pro5 suitable for use in the field. In particular, it has double condensate protection in the analyser and in the flue which prevents damaging water ingress.

Several accessories are supplied as standard with the Crowcon Pro5. These include a flue probe, a gas leak detection probe, a standard pressure hose, a USB charger, a USB lead and a spare dust filter.

Double Condensate Trap
One of the most impressive features of the new Crowcon Sprint Pro Flue Gas Analyser range is the double condensate trap that prevents moisture from reaching the analyser pump and causing down time. A moisture filter in the condensate trap prevents ingress towards the analyser and double protection is provided by a second filter at the click-in connection. The trap is robustly designed and very quick and easy to empty. Additionally, the particle filter has beens switched from paper to foam so it can be quickly dried on the spot without necessitating a second filter.

Anton Sprint Pro App
The Crowcon Sprint Pro App is available for Android and iOS smart devices from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. It is capable of working with the Anton Sprint Pro Flue Gas Analyser range through wireless Bluetooth connectivity. The app allows the user to efficiently and professionally test combustion systems thanks to a wide range of report generation features, account management systems and a great choice of calculation features.
