The Benchmark Scientific Z207ACMBE Compact Combination Rotor Centrifuge, 230V includes a convenient combination rotor that holds 4 x 15 ml and 4 x 50 ml tubes in the same rotor. With the combination rotor, there is no longer a need to switch rotors, or to use adapters to centrifuge 15 ml and 50 ml tubes for tissue cultures - users can even process them simultaneously. Along with the unique combination rotor, the Z207-A-CMB-E features the unique EZ-Scroll touch pad, which gives users ease of control and a modern feel. An advanced microprocessor control allows for setting/displaying the rotational speed in either rpm or rcf in increments of 10. In addition to retrieving saved programs, the easy to use front panel can be used to adjust acceleration/deceleration rates, run time, and change the end of run alarm tones. There is also a momentary spin function that will run while the button is pressed. Additionally, the Z207-A-CMB-E features a sleep mode to save energy by shutting off after a certain time if not in use, which can be easily toggled on and off.
