Sokkia Archer 2 [1004428-01] Data Collector With Standard (Wi-fi and Bluetooth)

The Sokkia Archer 2 is a rugged handheld computer with wireless capabilities, Windows operating system, fast processor and a large internal memory for storing accurate field measurements. Designed for construction and surveying professionals using the Magnet Field software, this data collector is an essential accessory to all GPS receivers and total stations.

Display and Keypad
Designed for viewing in direct sunlight, the Archer 2 features a scratch resistant LCD touch-screen display. It also has a numeric keypad that allows you to change the orientation of the screen from portrait to landscape with just a press of button.

Wi-Fi and Bluetooth
With built-in Bluetooth and Wi-Fi capability, you can use this Sokkia data collector to connect with other field equipment and transfer files wirelessly to a personal computer. Use the Archer 2 in any hotspot location to browse the web, check the weather, send and receive files from the office and more.

GPS and Camera
The Archer 2 has an internal high sensitivity GPS receiver that provides greater point positioning accuracy up to 2-5 meters. The GPS can also be used with Topcon Magnet Field software to place your position displayed on Bing Maps overlay. This portable field controller also features a 5-megapixel camera with autofocus, LED flash and geotagging for capturing images in the survey area.

Cellular Modem
With its integrated 3.5G cellular modem, the Archer 2 keeps you connected to the Internet for saving and retrieving files through Magnet Enterprise’s Cloud storage. This allows construction professionals to easily communicate with other field crews for important updates and project changes.

Windows Mobile OS
Equipped with Window Mobile 6.5 operating system, this Sokkia field controller runs the mobile version of Microsoft Office programs, such as Internet Explorer, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. For running various software applications with ease, this land surveying data collector features a high-performance 1 GHz processor with 512 MB of RAM. It also allows you to store large amount of data and hundreds of photos with its 8 GB internal memory and high-capacity SD card slot.

Built to Survive
The Archer 2 has an IP-68 rating, which protects it against dust and allows the unit to be submerged into three feet of water. It can also withstand extreme temperatures and works up to 20 hours using the included rechargeable Li-Ion battery.
This Sokkia data collector comes with a USB cable, stylus, handstrap, rechargeable Li-Ion battery, AC wall charger and 2-year manufacturer's warranty.
