The Yokogawa CA320 Process Calibrator has basic accuracy of 0.5°C (Typical of TC type K) and corresponds to 16 types of TC standards (JIS/IEC/DIN/ASTM/GOST R). The Yokogawa CA330 Process Calibrator Corresponds to 14 types of RTD standards (JIS/IEC/GOST R) and measures the output of RTD sensor. The sub display shows value of voltage source and span %. The CA320 features step sweep, linear sweep, manual step and span check source patterns.
