Rigol DS6000 Series [DS6102] 1GHz 2-Channel Digital Oscilloscope

Rigol Technologies’ DS6102 2-channel 1GHz Digital Oscilloscope samples at 5GSa/s (single channel mode) and offers an amazing 140 million data point storage capability in its memory for drilling down into tiny, infrequent signals like glitches. Recommended probes (not supplied) include the RP7150 1.5GHz bandwidth differential and single-ended active probe.
